Non-Networked Devices

• Automated asset tracking, ticketing, and meter reading are not possible without a print device being networked
• We enable you to manually record and manage non-networked print devices and related data
• The information you can monitor and manage is the same as if the original data had been entered automatically — you will have access to all the same reports and analytical data
• We give you the ability to support all equipment, even the most dated print devices

In most print environments there are some devices that have not been networked, so we have added functionality to our application to manually record and manage these non-networked devices and related data. While automated asset tracking, ticketing, and meter reading are not possible without a print device being networked, this data can be manually placed into the application for non-networked devices.

Once entered, the data can be managed just like the data from networked monitored print devices. You can process tickets against these devices, and track, monitor, and manage all of the information and analytical data just like you would a networked device. This gives you the ability to support and manage all equipment, even the most dated print devices, and gives your customer a complete view of their print environment.
