Customer Access

You can provide your customers with as much or as little access to the application as you like. There are levels of access based on roles within the company, and password protected. Your customers will have the ability to request service on-line, and track the status of a service request. You can provide them with access to print device lists, billing reports, service history reports, pages printed by model and by device, and over/under utilization reports. If data transparency and communication is important, then let your customer know they can have real-time web-based access to their data whenever they need it!
